This license grants the registered user unlimited use of this product for non-commercial purposes only, subject to the conditions listed below. For commerical usage, contact info@gsmri.org for licensing information.

These materials and applications were developed by GSMRI to assist in the consideration, planning, and execution of short term mission trips. They are free to download and use (are subject to the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability detailed below). Outside technical support for this software is not provided.

DISCLAIMER

Software and manuals are distributed "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of this program is with you. You are advised to test the program thoroughly before you rely on it. Should the program prove defective, you (and not GSMRI) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Any liability of seller or manufacturer of this software will be limited exclusively to product replacement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall either party be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by either party or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. GSMRI's liability for damages hereunder shall in no even exceed the amount of fees, if any, you paid under this agreement, and if such damages result from your use of the program, such liability shall be limited to fees paid for the program.
